“When my blood pressure reached 204/104 I knew I had to do something about my weight. I joined The Firm and with their help, support and encouragement and advice I followed the eating plan and adjusted my lifestyle accordingly.
The overall transformation to my body is incredible. I have dropped from size 42 to size 36 and my blood pressure is now 116/58. My BMI has dropped 8 points. My clothes hang on me like sacks and it is the most wonderful feeling in the world when your clothes dont fit the right reason. I love it when everyone compliments me on disappearing before their eyes.

Drink your water and if you have a bad day, pick yourself up and get back to the programme.
Instead of cutting out chocolate immediately I now treat myself to one square of dark chocolate when I need it.
